One city, and every Discord server on it. Old Town is the twenty-four blocks the old families have always held; every server that arrives is granted a block of its own on the frontier, and the ground in between is what everybody argues about.
This sheet is live. It is the same survey the bot prints into Discord, drawn from the same database, and it changes as the city does.
One colour per server. A server is an outfit — you do not found one or apply to one, you join the Discord — so every patch of ink on this map is somebody's server, and the old families hold the middle until somebody takes it off them.
